Dan was just told that he is the chair on the board of the PBLA in his law school at USD. If you (like me) are unfamiliar with what Law school terms mean, he is in charge of the Pro Bono Legal Advocates. He will be required to oversee several volunteer projects and organizations. Including the following programs listed:*Children's Clinic
*Domestic Violence Clinic
*Elder Law Clinic
*Guardianship Clinic
*HIV/AIDS Clinic
*Monarch Clinic
*Unlawful Detainer Clinic
*VITA Tax Clinic
*HOME Clinic
Dan is doing SO well in school and We couldn't be more proud of him! We love you, you ROCK!

On the ring, no, that center stone isn't a diamond, so it's not quite the bling you're thinking it is. The stone is a green amethyst, just like Sarah's engagement ring. There are diamonds around the stone. Anyway, I absolutely love the ring, but on the scale of expensive jewelry, it's not expensive.
